When you contact us about an aerobic system installation, our team will need the following information:

• Property Size with any unique attributes (Ponds, Pools, Easements etc.)
• Living Area of the home
• Water supplier
• Future development plans

After the initial phone consultation we will request a copy of a recent survey of the property, site plans with any planned developments and your floor plans. A licensed designer will review this information and evaluate your property to ensure proper placement of the tanks and spray field. Location of water lines and/or water wells must be provided so that we can meet the minimal setback/installation requirements provided by TCEQ. With this information a turn-key proposal will be provided for the total cost of your new aerobic septic system along with a timeframe for you to expect construction to begin. Upon your acceptance we will request a deposit to cover initial costs of evaluation, design and permitting. A septic system should be designed to accommodate your family for years to come, with the information you provide we will be able to meet that expectation. The professional design will be filed with your jurisdiction along with an affidavit to the public to begin the permitting process.

The average time to begin construction is 1-2 months from the submission of the septic permit. This is an average and is extremely influenced by the weather. Once an authorization to construct has been issued by your local permitting authority we may begin construction at any time. We work closely with both Chambers and Liberty county to insure that a final inspection can be provided the same day as construction, or soon after. The aerobic system must be installed according to the plans submitted in Step 1, very seldom are we allowed to deviate from the approved plans. This is why full disclosure is extremely important from the beginning of this process.

We install TuffTiger aerobic septic systems which consists of three individual tanks that vary in size according to the specifications from your professional design; a solids/trash tank, the aerobic treatment unit (or ATU) and a pump tank. The TuffTiger ATU exceeds 10/10 expectations in place by NSF and has a 98% reduction of BOD and TSS. This translates to you being provided with an aerobic system that is extremely qualified to do the job you expect it to do.

Upon completion of construction a notice of approval must be given by your local permitting authority. Once we receive this approval we can then put your new aerobic septic system into service. We will provide you with all the information necessary for you to understand how your new system functions and also what to do in case you experience any issues. As stated above we do provide maintenance as well as a warranty during the first two full years from the date of initial operation. The warranty covers any issues you may experience out of the system, as long as it is not due to owner error or neglect.

Along with your warranty a maintenance contract will provide a total of 6 scheduled inspections, one every four months, over the first two years after the date of installation. More information about what is inspected during these visits can be found at the link below.
