Aerobic System Maintenance Contract

Our maintenance agreement includes 3 inspections, one every 4 months, inside Chambers County. Harris and Liberty Counties receive 4 inspections, one every 3 months. During each inspection we will ensure that all components are fully functional. This provides you the comfort in knowing that the aerobic system is functioning properly and should any problems arise the system alarms are operational.

Routine aerobic system inspections provides the preventative maintenance necessary to prolong the life of your septic system components. During every scheduled inspection our technician will determine if your system is due to be pumped out, determined by the sludge reading from the pump tank, as well as clean the air filter on your air compressor. We will also ensure all septic system alarms are functioning properly so you will know if any issues arise between our routine inspections.

The following plan options offer various forms of coverage for your aerobic system, pricing dependent on county regulations. Pricing found below reflects residential systems that are 600 GPD or less. All first year contracts will require an initial inspection, add'l fee of $125.
